Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Luna Cotton.​ Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1.  Collecting from the Store for UK only

You can have your order from our store for collection. When placing your order, please leave a note that you will collect your product from our store. 

Your order will be available to collect from the store once you have received a text message or email that confirming it is ready. 

Please be advised that we will hold your order for a maximum of 7 days, after which time your order will be returned to our warehouse.

2.  Standard delivery

We will deliver all stocked items within 1-3 working days.

Exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather or courier delays may cause your order to take longer to deliver

Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9am and 17:30pm, during peak times your delivery may arrive between 7.30am and 9pm. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

​3.  Shipping rates 

If the shipping charges are more than the prices stated on our website, you will be charged the difference fee with your approval before the product dispatched.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

​4.  Customs, Duties and Taxes

Luna Cotton​ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

​5.  Damages

Luna Cotton is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

Luna Cotton guarantees a full refund of all items returned in the same condition as when you received them up to 15 days from the date you receive the Shipping Confirmation. This means that the products must be undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered or unworn and any labels or tags must be intact. You can notify us of your return or cancellation decision via our mailing address lunaaslowfashion@gmail.com.

Once we receive your product, we will inspect the product and notify you that we have received your returned product. After inspecting the product, we will notify you immediately about the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
