UK Delivery

We offer standard delivery within the UK.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

Delivery times may vary during busy periods, weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Rates

UK shipping is calculated at checkout according to the delivery option and order value.

Orders of £35 or more qualify for free standard UK delivery.

International Delivery

International delivery is available to selected destinations.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order.

Customers receiving orders outside the UK may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, is missing or does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

Returns & Cancellations

For online orders, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable consumer regulations.

If you change your mind about an item, you are responsible for the return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Items should be returned in their original condition and suitably packaged.
